Important – please read before using this website!

RAZVOJ plus d.o.o. (RAZVOJ plus) is the operating company of the website „i-maps.biz“ and other websites under different top-level-domains with the same name (collectively: the Website) including gradski.net. The Website provides certain geographical services (the Services). RAZVOJ plus grants to every user of the Services provided on the Website or on third party websites which are contractually authorized by RAZVOJ plus, a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Services only for private and non-commercial purposes.

The use of the Services by governmental or other public authorities and by non-profit organizations, by service providing commercial entities, the further distribution or the internal use in commercial entities, by governmental or other public authorities and by non-profit organizations, including but not limited to for travel accounting purposes, shall also be deemed an illegal commercial use. The same applies to the data used in the Services, including but not limited to data provided by third parties and the used map material. The use of the Services in connection with products, systems or applications developed for vehicles, which allow navigation, positioning, forwarding, real time routing, fleet management or any comparable purpose, is forbidden.

Further, the visualization of the Website or the Services or parts or results thereof via frames or similar links to other websites is forbidden. Also it is forbidden to include in any third party website a link to the Website which does not merely link to the starting page of the Website (so called: Deed Link). Deep Links are exclusively allowed by using the chargeable or cost free products offered on the website.

The user shall neither copy, dismantle, translate, transfer or change the content and/or data of the Website and/or the Services, nor shall he/she detect the source code or the structure of the content and/or data of the Website and/or the Services nor shall he/she produce his/her own products by using any of the content and/or data of the Website and/or the Services, nor shall he/she derive any product therefrom. The user shall not delete or change any of the copyright or trademark indications nor other logos nor other indications depicted by the Services or in the Website’s data. The user may not in any way use the Services for their own or third parties’ commercial purposes.

Neither RAZVOJ plus nor third party providers of the map material are in any way liable to any user who uses the Website and the Services without having entered into a contractual relationship to RAZVOJ plus, especially not for the accurateness of the content of the Website. The user is hereby explicitly advised that the map material may only be an imperfect reproduction of reality and that mistakes and inaccuracies in the maps are not avoidable.

The Services or the Website contains links to websites or WAP-Pages of third parties. RAZVOJ plus chose those third parties with due care. The third parties install, administrate and maintain their Internet or WAP-pages and the content thereon exclusively in their own responsibility. The content of those sites are unknown to RAZVOJ plus and are not controlled by RAZVOJ plus.
